Terra Blanca

With Terra Blanca, the estate invites you to discover a unique vintage, made from a noble grape variety and enhanced by aging in amphorae. This ancestral method reveals all the purity and natural expression of Viognier, while respecting our Cévennes terroir.

Tasting: Its luminous color with golden highlights is accompanied by a delicate nose, where aromas of apricot, white peach and acacia flowers mingle, enhanced by a mineral touch. On the palate, the aging in amphora brings a beautiful freshness, a silky texture and a long and elegant finish.

Terroir and winemaking: The Viognier vines, planted on clay-limestone soils, benefit from an ideal Mediterranean climate. After controlled fermentation, this wine is aged in amphorae, a process that promotes subtle micro-oxygenation, preserving the authenticity of the fruit and aromatic finesse.

Food and wine pairings: Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, or fish in sauce. It also pairs well with fresh or lightly aged cheeses.

Syrah Burst

Ulysses' Vintage

La Cuvée d'Ulysse is a tribute to the strength, elegance, and heritage of traditional viticulture. This wine, made exclusively from Carignan, comes from vines cultivated by horse, a method that respects nature and promotes soil vitality and biodiversity.

Tasting: With its deep garnet color, this wine offers an expressive nose blending aromas of ripe red and black fruits, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy nuances and a hint of violet. On the palate, it reveals a beautiful structure, velvety tannins and a persistent finish.

Terroir and winemaking: The Carignan vines, aged and rooted in the clay-limestone soils of the Cévennes, are cultivated with care and respect. Working with horses helps preserve the natural balance of the terroir. Traditional winemaking, combined with gentle extraction, highlights the aromatic richness and depth of Carignan.

Food and wine pairings: Perfect with roast meats, stews like Provençal stew, game, or grilled vegetables. This wine also pairs well with hard cheeses.

Duchy of Uzès Rosé

This exceptional rosé, from the Duché d'Uzès appellation, reflects all the elegance and freshness of our terroir. Harmoniously blending Grenache and Syrah, it expresses the perfect balance between aromatic finesse and Mediterranean character.

Tasting: With its delicate salmon-pink color, this rosé seduces with its aromas of red berries, redcurrant, and raspberry, combined with floral notes and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it offers lively freshness, a rounded texture, and an elegant, fruity finish.

Terroir and vinification: The vines, rooted in clay-limestone soils and bathed in the sunny climate of the Cévennes, produce perfectly ripe grapes. Vinification by direct pressing preserves the purity and finesse of the aromas, enhancing the character of the Grenache and Syrah grape varieties.

Food and wine pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé pairs wonderfully with summer salads, grilled meats, marinated fish, or spicy dishes. It's also perfect for sharing convivial moments around tapas.

Duchy of Uzès Rouge

Born in the heart of an exceptional terroir, this vintage embodies the elegance and authenticity of the wines of the Duchy of Uzès. The combination of Syrah and Grenache reveals a perfect harmony between power, finesse and Mediterranean expression.

Tasting: Its intense purple color announces a complex nose of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, enhanced by spicy and peppery notes typical of Syrah, as well as touches of garrigue and licorice brought by the Grenache. On the palate, the wine is structured, with velvety tannins and a good length.

Terroir and winemaking: The vines, planted on clay-limestone soils typical of the Duchy of Uzès, benefit from an ideal climate where Mediterranean influences promote perfect ripeness of the grapes. The careful vinification, followed by bottle aging, allows the full richness and balance of this great wine to be expressed.

Food and wine pairings: This wine pairs perfectly with red meats, game, or even slow-cooked dishes such as lamb tagine or beef stew. It also pairs perfectly with a platter of mature cheeses.

The Ash

Produced in the Cévennes foothills, Frêne is a luminous and refined cuvée, inspired by the natural and timeless charm of the ash trees that border the plot. This 100% Viognier white wine elegantly expresses all the richness of our sunny terroir.

Tasting: It seduces with its golden color with brilliant reflections and its captivating aromas of apricot, white peach and acacia flowers. On the palate, it reveals a beautiful roundness, a subtle freshness and a delicately mineral finish.

Terroir and vinification: Grown on clay-limestone soils of the Cévennes, our Viognier vines benefit from ideal sunshine and respectful vinification, allowing the typicity of this grape variety to be fully expressed.

Food and wine pairings: Perfect with appetizers, grilled fish, mature cheese platters or even exotic dishes with spicy flavors.

The Oak

Le Chêne is a generous and authentic cuvée, born under the benevolent shade of the oak trees that surround our vineyards. This red wine, made from pure Merlot, reflects the richness and sweetness of our sun-drenched terroir.

Tasting: It seduces with its deep color and intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, enriched with subtle notes of spices and undergrowth. On the palate, it offers a silky texture and melted tannins, with a persistent and elegant finish.

Terroir and winemaking: The Merlot vines, grown on clay-limestone soils typical of the Cévennes, are cultivated with respect to express the full potential of our region. After traditional vinification, this wine is aged in the bottle to reveal its balance and finesse.

Food and wine pairings: Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, stews or a cheese platter.

The Draille

La Draille takes its name from the trails traced by herds and travelers over the centuries. This fresh and aromatic white wine, made from a blend of Sauvignon and Rolle, reflects the authenticity and generosity of our terroir.

Tasting: It charms with its expressive aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. On the palate, the elegance of Rolle combines with the liveliness of Sauvignon to offer a perfect balance between freshness, roundness and a subtle minerality.

Terroir and vinification: Grown on clay-limestone soils and in a Mediterranean climate, the Sauvignon and Rolle grape varieties are vinified separately to preserve their aromatic purity, before being harmoniously blended to give birth to this unique vintage.

Food and wine pairings: Ideal to accompany your marinated fish, seafood or dishes with Mediterranean flavors.

Cévennes Rosé

Produced in the Cévennes foothills, this rosé harmoniously blends Grenache, Aramon, and Cinsault, three emblematic grape varieties of the South. Fresh and delicious, it embodies the Mediterranean art of living and the richness of our terroir.

Tasting: With its pale salmon-pink color, this rosé seduces with its delicate aromas of fresh red fruits, redcurrant and wild strawberry, complemented by a floral touch. On the palate, it offers a beautiful freshness, a subtle sweetness and a slightly tangy finish.

Terroir and vinification : Grown on clay-limestone soils typical of the Cévennes, the vines benefit from an ideal Mediterranean climate. Vinification by direct pressing allows these grape varieties to express all the aromatic finesse and freshness.

Food and wine pairings: Perfect for accompanying your convivial moments, this rosé goes wonderfully with mixed salads, light dishes such as grilled vegetables or tartares as well as summer grills.

Red Cevennes

In the preserved setting of the Cévennes, this vintage harmoniously combines the Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grape varieties to offer an authentic red wine, reflecting the terroir and the expertise of the estate.

Tasting: This wine reveals a deep color with purple highlights and generous aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and cherry, enhanced by a light touch of licorice. On the palate, it is structured and fruity with a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Terroir and winemaking: The vines, rooted in the clay-limestone soils of the Cévennes, benefit from ideal sunshine and the coolness of Mediterranean nights. Each grape variety is vinified separately to preserve its character, before being blended to create a balanced and elegant cuvée.

Food and wine pairings: Ideal to accompany grilled meats or a cheese platter.
